House rules: **The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!** 1. Small dogs (under 50lbs) may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $125.00. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats. 2. Please treat the property with care and respect. No parties are permitted. 3. Please communicate any property damage or maintenance needs to the property managers immediately. For fire or medical emergencies, first call 911! 5. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. As such, please take care to observe the Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am. 6. Please ensure the Grill is clean before leaving. 7. Please be aware that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos.
